Ing. Lukáš Janota, Ph.D

Lukáš earned a Ph.D. in energy from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at ČVUT in Prague and, with his thesis, became a laureate of the Werner von Siemens Award in the field of smart infrastructure and energy. He has also completed several foreign internships and has spoken at prestigious conferences organized by the Czech Government Office and the Czech Embassy in Vienna. Lukáš is also a research associate in the academic sector (FEL ČVUT, Silva Taroucy Research Institute) and co-author of several TA ČR projects. He gained valuable experience at Siemens s.r.o. and PREdistribuce a.s. His domain is the implementation of new trends in energy such as community sharing, energy communities, energy transformation, phytoenergy, and agrovoltaics, often with regard to the environment.
