It is important for you to know that we process your personal data responsibly and transparently. You have the right to request information about the recorded personal data, their correction, or deletion if they were provided based on your consent.

We take care of the security of the personal data you entrust to us. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to sufficiently protect your data. No unauthorized person has access to your personal data, and we do not share them with other entities for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or necessary for the protection of our legal interests.

We declare that as a data controller, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council from April 27, 2016), and thus:
we process your personal data only based on a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, contract performance, legal obligation, or given consent,
we fulfill the information obligation before starting the processing of personal data,
we allow and support you in exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Scope of Personal Data and Purpose of Processing
We process personal data that you provide to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
Service Provision and Contract Performance
We necessarily need your personal data in the scope of: billing information, email, phone, and possibly correspondence address to fulfill the contract.
Accounting Management
If you are a customer, we necessarily need your personal data (billing details) to comply with legal obligations for issuing and recording tax documents.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods unless the law requires a longer retention period or we specify otherwise in particular cases.

Cookies are small text files that we do not send anywhere or process in any way. Cookies do not collect any of your personal data; however, without them, we cannot ensure full functionality.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection
You have several rights concerning the protection of personal data.

Thanks to the right of access, you can request at any time, and within 30 days, we will provide you with a report on what personal data we process and why. However, we have the right to deny requests that are unfounded, excessively repetitive, require disproportionate effort, or would be difficult to retrieve (typically from backup systems, archives, etc.).
If anything changes with you, or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and update your personal data.
You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe we are processing inaccurate data, if you believe we are processing data unlawfully but do not wish all data to be deleted, or if you have objected to the processing.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
Another right you have is the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). We do not wish to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system, as well as from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, for example, to retain issued tax documents for the period required by law. In such cases, we will delete all personal data not bound by another legal obligation. We will inform you about the completion of the erasure via email.
Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
If you believe that we are handling your data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would greatly appreciate it if you first inform us about your concerns so that we can address and rectify any issues.
Confidentiality
We assure you that our employees and partners who process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.
